Claude

Open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the MCP server URL and choose No sign-in.

ChatGPT

Open Plugins → Add custom MCP server. Paste the MCP server URL and choose No authentication.

Other MCP clients

Add the endpoint as a remote Streamable HTTP server with no authentication.

Good to know

Public recipes in. One shareable handoff out.

Use the page for one public recipe, not a homepage, collection, login, or paywalled page.
Instagram posts cannot be read by the connector. Use the recipe webpage linked by the creator instead.
Anyone with a guest-plan link can open its preview, so share it as you would any private link.
The iOS app is required to add the plan to your Tableful kitchen.

Data and support

Temporary by design.

The connector uses the recipe URLs, extracted recipe facts, dates, meal slots, and servings needed to create the plan and grocery preview. Guest plans expire after 30 days and are not attached to a Tableful account unless you choose to add one in the app.

If a recipe fails, check that its page opens without a login and contains a single recipe. For anything else, write to hello@tableful.app.
