Getting the app

Tableful is free to use on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Get Tableful. Every core kitchen feature is included; optional Plus and AI top-ups give you more AI and are bought inside the app under Kitchen preferences.

An import did not work

Send the link, or the photo you tried. Most failures are one of three things, and all three are worth reporting:

• A page with no recipe markup. Tableful reads the page itself in that case, and sometimes gets it wrong.
• Instagram. Instagram does not let apps read a post, so there is no way to import from a link. Screenshot the recipe and use Photograph a page, it reads captions, comments and handwriting.
• A publisher who blocks us. Some sites refuse automated readers, and we respect that rather than pretending to be a browser.

Getting your recipes onto a new phone

Sign in with Apple on the old phone, then sign in on the new one. Your recipes, plan, list and pantry arrive within a second or two. Without signing in, they only exist on the phone that made them.

Deleting your account

Kitchen preferences → Your kitchen → Delete account. It erases your kitchen from our servers and takes down anything you published, immediately. If you would rather we did it, write to privacy@tableful.app.

Hands-free cooking is not speaking

iOS needs a speech voice installed. Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices. A Premium or Enhanced voice sounds markedly better than the compact one.
